Terms of Engagement

1. Mission Scope

By commissioning Human Code Review ("The Agency"), you agree that our services are limited to the specific "Loadout" selected. Any requests exceeding the defined parameters (file count, complexity) will require a renegotiated contract.

2. No Guarantee of Miracles

While we employ expert tactics to repair your codebase, some AI-generated disasters may be FUBAR (Beyond All Repair). In such cases, we will provide a detailed autopsy report and a recommendation for a full rewrite. Refunds are processed at the discretion of The Agency if a fix is deemed impossible.

3. Code Ownership

You retain full command and ownership of your code. The Agency claims no intellectual property rights over the materials you submit or the repairs we implement. We are mercenaries; we do the job and leave.

4. Liability

The Agency is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or collateral damage resulting from the implementation of our fixes. You are responsible for maintaining backups before deploying our solutions.

5. Payment

All operations must be funded in advance. We do not deploy assets until the transfer is confirmed.
